You will need
JASC's PSP7 or 8 - Get it here
Webcam Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder. 
If you do not have a Selections Folder, make one now. use for PSP 7
webcam.pspimage file Use for PSP 8
Webcam Accessories.  Unzip to a folder of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE where instructions differ for PSP8, these will be shown in blue
otherwise follow the regular instructions

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 400x400 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the cam.pspimage file. Shift D to duplicate and then close the original
Set your foreground  to colour #000000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Base"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh01base.sel"
Click on the Base Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh01base

Floodfill
Deselect

Step 2
Open the "Grey Pattern" that you downloaded to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground pattern to "greypattern" Scale 100 Angle 0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Base 1"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh02base1.sel"
Click on the Base1 Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh02base1

Floodfill
Go to Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 3
Set your foreground to colour #000000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Support "
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh03support.sel"
Click on the Support Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh03support

Floodfill
Deselect

Step 4
Set your foreground pattern to "greypattern" Scale 100 Angle 0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Camera"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh04camera.sel"
Click on the Camera Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh04camera

Floodfill
Go to Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 1
Deselect

Step 5
Set your foreground to colour #808080
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Lens"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh05lens.sel"
Click on the Lens Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh05lens

Floodfill
Go to Selections/Modify/Contract by 6
Set your foreground colour to #000000
Floodfill
Deselect

Step 6
Set your foreground colour to #808080
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Inner Lens"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh06innerlens.sel"
Click on the Inner Lens Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh06innerlens

Deselect

Step 7
Set your foreground colour to #000000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Top"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh07top.sel"
Click on the Top Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh07top

Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Round Preset
supplied with PSP but change the Width to 5 and the Angle to 180
Deselect

Step 8
Set your foreground colour to #808080
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Top 1"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh08top1.sel"
Click on the Top 1 Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh08top1

Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:

Step 9
Set your foreground colour to #00FF00
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Top 2"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh09top2.sel"
Click on the Top 2 Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh09top2

Floodfill
Deselect

Step 10
Set your foreground colour to #000000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Cover"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh10cover.sel"
Click on the Cover Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh10cover

Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the the Round Preset
supplied with PSP but change the Width to 10 and the Angle to 0
Deselect

Step 11
Set your foreground pattern to "greypattern" Scale 100 Angle 0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Text"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh12text.sel"
Click on the Text Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh12text

Floodfill
Deselect

Step 12
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
If you would like to add a wire make sure you add a layer under the Web
Cam layer


Save as a tube or psp image for later use.
