You will need
JASC's PSP7 or 8 - Get it here
Sun Block Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder. 
If you do not have a Selections Folder, make one now. Use with PSP7
Sun Block.pspimage file Use with PSP8

PLEASE NOTE where instructions differ for PSP8, these will be shown in blue
otherwise follow the regular instructions

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 300x300 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the sunblock.pspimage file. Shift D to duplicate and then close the original
Set your foreground
  to colour #605115
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Bottle"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh01bottle.sel"
Click on the Bottle Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh01bottle

Floodfill
Go to Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:

Deselect
Go to Effects/Noise/Add/10% uniform

Step 2
Change your foreground to Gradient and select the Metallic gradient supplied with Paint Shop Pro.  Set the Angle to 180 and the Repeats to 2
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Top 1"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh02top1.sel"
Click on the Top 1 Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh02top1

Floodfill
Deselect

Step 3
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Top 2"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh03top2.sel"
Click on the Top 2 Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh03top2

Floodfill
Go to Colours/Colourize and set the Hue to 38 and the Saturation to 255
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Go to Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 1
but change the colour to #79570D
Deselect

Step 4
Change your foreground to colour #F5E4C1
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Label"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh04label.sel"
Click on the Label Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh04label

Floodfill
Go to Selections/Invert
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:



Deselect

Step 5
Change your foreground colour to #FFFF00
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Stripes"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh05stripes.sel"
Click on the Stripes Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh05stripes

Floodfill
Go to Selections/Invert
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply the same settings
as in Step 1
Deselect

Step 6
Change your foreground colour to #79570D
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Text"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh06text.sel"
Click on the Text Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh06text

Floodfill
Deselect

Step 7
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Decor"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh07decor1.sel"
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh07decor1
Floodfill
Deselect
On the same Layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose
"hh08decor2.sel"
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh08decor2
Floodfill
Deselect


Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible



Save as a tube or psp image for later use.
