You will need
JASC's PSP7 or 8 - Get it here
Shelf Basket Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder.  If you do not have a Selections Folder, make one now. Use for PSP7
shelfbasket.pspimage file Use for PSP8
Shelf Basket Accessories.  Unzip to a folder of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE where instructions differ for PSP8, these will be shown in blue
otherwise follow the regular instructions

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 400x400 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the basket.pspimage file. Shift D to duplicate and then close the original
Open the "Wood Pattern" that you downloaded to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground pattern to "woodpattern" Scale 100 Angle 0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Outerbasket"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh01outerbasket.sel"
Click on the Outerbasket Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh01outerbasket

Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 2
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Inner Basket"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh02innerbasket.sel"
Click on the Innerbasket Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh02innerbasket

Floodfill
Go to Effects/Texture Effects/Weave and apply these settings:



Go to Selections/Invert
Go to Selections/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:

Repeat the Drop Shadow changing the Vertical and Horizontal to -1
Deselect

Step 3
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Shelf"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh03shelf.sel"
Click on the Shelf Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh03shelf

Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 1
Deselect

Step 4
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Edge"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh04edge.sel"
Click on the Edge Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh04edge

Floodfill
Deselect
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:

Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh05shelf.sel"
Go to Selections/Invert and hit delete. This will get rid of the excess shadow.

Step5
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Knobs"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh06knobs"
Click on the Knobs Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh06knobs

Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

DO NOT DESELECT
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply the same settings as
in Step 4 changing the Vertical to -2 and the blur to 8.6
Deselect
Do not duplicate the layer for PSP8
Go to your Layer Palette and duplicate this layer
Go to Image/Mirror and position if necessary

Step 6
In your Layer Palette highlight Layer 1
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Handle"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh07handle.sel"
Click on the HandleLayer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh07handle

Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 1
Deselect

Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Save as a tube or psp image for later use.
