You will need
JASC's PSP7 - Get it here
Notelet Annie Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder.  If you do not have a Selections Folder, make one now.
Notelet AnnieAccessories.  Unzip to a folder of your choice. 

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 400x400 16 Million Colours Transparent
Set your foreground colour to #FFE3B7
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Neck"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhneck.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:

Reapply the Cut Out changing the vertical and horizontal to -2
Deselect

Step 2
Open the shirtfill pattern that you unzipped to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground to pattern and select the shirtfill pattern with these settings:

Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Shirt"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhshirt.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:

Reapply the Drop Shadow but change the Vertical and Horizontal to -2
Deselect

Step 3
Change your foreground colour to #FFFFFF
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Collar"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhcollar.sel"
Floodfill
Deselect
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

In your Layer Palette hide "Layer 1"
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer "Body"

Step 4
Change your foreground colour to #FFE3B7
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Head"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhhead.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 2
Reapply the Cut Out changing the vertical and horizontal to -2
Deselect

Step5
Change your foreground colour to #000000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Right Eye"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hheyesouter.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Selections/Modify/Contract by 2
Change your foreground colour to #FFFFFF
Floodfill
Deselect
Change your foreground colour to #000000
On the same layer
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hheyesinner.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Round preset
Deselect

Step 6
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Left Eye"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hheyesouter.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Selections/Modify/Contract by 2
Change your foreground colour to #FFFFFF
Floodfill
Deselect
Change your foreground colour to #000000
On the same layer
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hheyesinner.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Round preset
Deselect

Step 7
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Eyelashes"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hheyelashes.sel"
Floodfill
Deselect

Step 8
Change your foreground colour to #C4834A
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Nose"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhnose.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply the same settings as in Step 2
changing the Vertical and Horizontal both to 0
Deselect

Step 9
Change your foreground colour to #FF0000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Cheeks"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhcheeks.sel"
Floodfill
Deselect
Go to Effects/Blur/Gaussian Blur and apply these settings:

Change your foreground colour to #B17F2F
Select your paintbrush size 2 round hardness, opacity and density at 100 and
step 25 and paint some freckles onto the cheeks

Step 10
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Mouth"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhmouth.sel"
Floodfill using #FF0000
Deselect
Go to your Layer Palette and hide "Layer 1" and "Body" Layer
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer "Head"

Step 11
Open the hair.psp image that you unzipped to a folder of your choice
Go to Edit/Copy
Make sure your Notelet Annie image is the current image
Go to Edit/Paste/As New Layer. Rename this layer "Hair"
Position the hair in the middle of the head
Go to Layers/Duplicate
Go to Image/Rotate and rotate 20 left and position

Repeat 4 more times
Go to the Layer Palette and hide all but the 5 duplicated layers
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Go to Layers/Duplicate/Image/Mirror and position
Go to the Layer Palette and hide all but the hair layers
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer "Hair"
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 3
