You will need
JASC's PSP7 or 8 - Get it here
Monitor Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder. 
If you do not have a Selections Folder, make one now. use for PSP 7
monitor.pspimage file Use for PSP 8
Monitor Accessories.  Unzip to a folder of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE where instructions differ for PSP8, these will be shown in blue
otherwise follow the regular instructions

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open the "Grey Pattern" that you downloaded to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground pattern to "greypattern" Scale 100 Angle 0
Open a New Image 400x400 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the monitor.pspimage file. Shift D to duplicate and then close the original
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Base"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh01base.sel"
Click on the Base Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh01base

Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Metallic Preset supplied
with PSP
Deselect

Step 2
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Monitor"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh02monitor.sel"
Click on the Monitor Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh02monitor

Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Metallic Preset
Deselect

Step 3
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Speakers"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh03speakers.sel"
Click on the Speakers Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh03speakers

Floodfill
Go to Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 4
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Buttons"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh04buttons.sel"
Click on the Buttons Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh04buttons

Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Metallic Preset
Deselect

Step 5
Set your foreground colour to #6E6A6A
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Text"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh05text.sel"
Click on the Text Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh05text

Floodfill
Deselect

Step 6
Set your foreground colour to #000000
Go to your Layer Palette and highlight the Base Layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Inner Screen"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh06innerscreen.sel"
Click on the Inner Screen Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh06innerscreen
Floodfill
Deselect

Decorate your inner screen with your favourite tubes!  Put each image on
a separate layer so that you can move them around


Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
If you would like to add a wire make sure you add a layer under the Monitor
layer


Save as a tube or psp image for later use.
