To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the
screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just
made a reference to it!
Remember to save your work often!!!
Step 1
Open a New Image 500x500 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the
hohoho.pspimage file. Shift D to duplicate and
then close the original
Set your foreground colour to #BB2A31
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Plaque"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "01hhplaque.sel" Click on the Plaque
Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 01hhplaque
Floodfill
Go to Selections/Invert/Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply
these settings:
Deselect
Go to Effects/Noise/Add 10% Uniform
Step 2
Change your foreground colour to #FFFFFF
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Plaque Detail"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "02hhplaquedetail.sel" Click on the Plaque Detail
Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select
02hhplaquedetail

Deselect
Step 3
Change your foreground colour to #000000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Wire"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "03hhwire.sel" Click on the Wire
Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 01hhwire

Deselect
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Metallic Preset
supplied
with Paint Shop Pro
Go to your Layer Palette and hide Layer 1
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer
"Plaque" (not necessary for PSP 8)
Step 4
Change your foreground colour to #C0C0C0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Chimney"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "04hhchimney.sel" Click on the Chimney
Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 04hhchimney
Floodfill
Go to Selections/Invert/Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply
the same settings as in Step 1
Deselect
Go to Effects/Noise/Add 10% Uniform

Go to Selections/Invert/Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply
the same settings as in Step 1
Deselect

Go to your layer palette and hide Layer 1 and the Plaque Layer
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer

In your Layer Palette highlight the Plaque Layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Leg"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "07hhleg.sel" Click on the Leg
Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 07hhleg

Go to Selections/Invert/Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply
the same settings as in Step 1
Deselect
Go to Effects/Noise/Add 10% Uniform

Change your foreground colour to #FFFFFF

Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "08hhcuff.sel" Click on the Cuff

the same settings as in Step 1 changing the colour

Deselect
Select your Eye Candy 4 Jiggle and apply these settings:
Go to Effects/Noise/Add 10% Uniform
Step 9 Change your foreground colour to #000000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Boot"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "09hhboot.sel" Click on the Boot
Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 09hhboot
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Metallic Preset
supplied
with Paint Shop Pro
Deselect
Go to your Layer Palette and hide Layer 1, Plaque and Chimney Layers
Hide all but the Leg, Cuff and Boot Layers
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer "Left
Leg"
Still in your Layer Palette, duplicate this layer and rename it
"Right Leg"
Go to Image/Mirror
Step 10
Change your foreground colour to #FFFFFF
In your Layer Palette highlight the "Chimney Layer"
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Snow"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "10hhsnow.sel" Click on the Snow
Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 10hhsnow

Step 11 Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Text"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "11hhtext.sel" Click on the Text

Step 12 Open the Decor image that you saved to a folder of your choice.
Go to Edit/Copy Go to your Layer Palette and hightlight the "Right Leg"
Layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Decor"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "12hhdecor.sel" Click on the Decor
Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 12hhdecor
Go to Edit/Paste/Into Selection
Deselect

file the holly and the star images if
you would like to use these
When everything is how you want it to be go to
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.
Save as a tube or psp image for later use.
