Step 1
Open a New Image 400x400 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the
grandma.pspimage file. Shift D to duplicate and
then close the original
Set your foreground colour to #000000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Wire"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "01wire.sel" Click on the Wire Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 01wire
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Metallic Preset
provided with PSP
Deselect
Step 2
Change your foreground colour to #FFE3B7
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Plaque"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "02plaque.sel" Click on the Plaque Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 02plaque
Floodfill
Go to Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout and apply these settings:
Reapply the Cut Out changing the vertical and horizontal to
-2
Deselect
Step 3
Change your foreground colour to #000000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Plaque Detail"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "03plaquedetail.sel" Click on the Plaque Detail Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 03plaquedetail

Change your foreground colour to #FFE3B7
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Head"

Go to Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 2
Reapply the Cut Out changing the vertical and horizontal to -2

Change your foreground to #FFFFFF
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Eye1"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "05eye1.sel" Click on the Eye 1 Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 05eye1

Change your foreground colour to #148A14
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Eye 2"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose
"06eye2.sel" Click on the Eye 2 Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 06eye2

In your Layer Palette lower the opacity to 50

Change your foreground colour to #000000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Eye3"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "07eye3.sel" Click on the Eye 3 Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 07eye3

Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Round Preset provided
with PSP
Deselect
Go to Effects/Blur/Gaussian Blur and apply a Radius of 0.75
Step 8
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and
name it "Eyelashes"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "08eyelashes.sel" Click on the Eyelashes Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 08eyelashes

Deselect
Go to your Layer Palette and hide all but the "Eye and Eyelashes" layers
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer "Eyes"
PSP 8 ignore the merge instruction

Change your foreground colour to #FFE3B7
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Nose"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "09nose.sel" Click on the Nose Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 09nose

Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply the same
settings
as in Step 5 changing the Vertical to 2 and the Horizontal to 0 and the
Opacity to 31
Step 10 Change your foreground colour to #FF0000 Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Mouth"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "10mouth.sel" Click on the Mouth Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 10mouth

Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "11cheeks.sel" Click on the Cheeks Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 11cheeks

Step 12 Open the hair image that you downloaded to a folder of your choice
Go to Edit/Copy
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Hair"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "12hair.sel" Click on the Hair Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 12hair Go to Edit/Paste/Into Selection
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply the same settings
as in Step 5 - the values will still
be there
Step 13 Open the necklace image that you downloaded to a folder of your choice
Go to Edit/Copy
Go to your Layer Palette and highlight the "Plaque Detail" layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Necklace"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "13necklace.sel"
Click on the Necklace Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 13necklace
Go to Edit/Paste/Into Selection
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply the same settings
as in Step 5 - the values will still
be there
Step 14 Change your foreground colour to #000000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Wording"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "14wording.sel" Click on the Wording Layer Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection
from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select 14wording

Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply the same settings
as in Step 5 - the values will still be
there
Step 15 Open the heart image that you downloaded to a folder of your choice
Go to Edit/Copy
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Heart" Click on the Heart Layer
Paste anywhere you want on the plaque!
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply the same settings
as in Step 5 - the values will still
be there
When everything is how you want it to be go to
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.
Save as a tube or psp image for later use.
