You will need
JASC's PSP7 or 8 - Get it here
Flip Flop Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder. 
If you do not have a Selections Folder, make one now. Use with PSP 7
Flip Flop.pspimage file Use with PSP8
Flip Flop Accessories.  Unzip to a folder of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE where instructions differ for PSP8, these will be shown in blue
otherwise follow the regular instructions

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 300x300 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the flipflop.pspimage file. Shift D to duplicate and then close the original
Open the "Stripe Pattern" that you downloaded to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground pattern to "stripepattern" Scale 50 Angle 0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Back"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh01back.sel"
Click on the Back Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh01back

Floodfill
Go to Selections/Float/Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 2
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Edge"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh02edge.sel"
Click on the Edge Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh02edge

Go to Selections/Float/Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 1
Deselect

Step 3
Change your foreground to colour #F53DF5
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Straps"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh03straps.sel"
Click on the Straps Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh03straps

Floodfill
Go to Selections/Float/Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 1 Deselect

Step 4
Change your foreground to colour #FFFF00
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Decor1"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh04decor1.sel"
Click on the Decor 1 Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh04decor1

Floodfill
Go to Effects/Noise/Add 6%
Go to Selections/Float//3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in
Step 1 but change the colour to #79570D
Deselect

Step 5
Change your foreground colour to #45F345
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Decor2"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh05decor2.sel"
Click on the Decor 2 Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh05decor2

Floodfill
Deselect
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:

Step 6
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Go to Image/Rotate/90 Left
Go to Image/Flip
You can now resize or rotate

Save as a tube or psp image for later use.
