You will need
JASC's PSP7 - Get it here
Dog House Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder.  If you do
not have a Selections Folder, make one now.
Dog House Accessories.  Unzip to a folder of your choice.  Unzip the gradient file and place this in your Paint Shop Pro Gradients folder

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 400x400 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the hhwood1 pattern that you unzipped to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground to pattern and select the hhwoodfill pattern with these settings:



Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "House"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhhouse.sel"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:

Reapply the Cut Out but change the Vertical and Horzontal to -6
Deselect

Step 2
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "House Trim
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhhousetrim.sel"
Go to Selections/Modify/Expand by 1.  Click ok
Floodfill with hhwood1
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 3
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Hole"
Set your foreground to gradient and select hhbrown brown with these settings:

Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhhole.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/Noise/Add and use with the following settings:

Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:

Reapply the Cut Out but change the Horzontal to -6
Deselect

Step 4
Set your foreground to pattern and select the hhwood1 pattern with the same settings
as Step 1
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Hole Trim"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhholetrim.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Selections/Modify/Expand by 1.  Click ok
Floodfill with hhwood1
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 2
Deselect
