You will need
JASC's PSP7 - Get it here
Country House Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder.  If you do not have a Selections Folder, make one now.
Country HouseAccessories.  Unzip to a folder of your choice. 

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 500x500 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the housefill pattern that you unzipped to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground to pattern and select the housefill pattern with these settings:

Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "House"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhhouse.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:

Reapply the Cut Out changing the vertical and horizontal to -3
Deselect

Step 2
Change your foreground colour to #D7C9C9
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Top Bricks"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhtopbricks.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 3
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Bottom Bricks"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhbottombricks.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 2
Deselect

Step 4
Open the h.phonepole pattern that you unzipped to a folder of your choice.  Phone Pole is supplied with PSP7 but in case you do not have it I have included it for you.
Set your foreground to pattern and select the h.phonepolefill pattern with these settings:

Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Roof"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhroof.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 1 changing
the shadow colour to #000000
Reapply the Cut Out changing the vertical and horizontal to -3
Deselect
Go to Colours/Colourize and apply these settings:

Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:

Open the chimneyfill pattern that you unzipped to a folder of your choice.
Set your foreground to pattern and select the chimneyfillfill pattern with these settings:

Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Chimney"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhchimney.sel"Floodfill
Deselect
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 2 changing
the Ambience to -17 and the angle to 197
Go to your Layer Palette and drag the Chimney Layer below the House Layer
Hide Layer 1 and go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer "House"

Step 6
Change your foreground colour to #382B3F
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Right Window"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhrightwindow.sel"
Floodfill
Deselect
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Frame preset
Open the h.glasspanel that you unzipped to a folder of your choice. Go to Edit/Copy
On the same layer
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhrightwindowinside.sel"
Go to Edit/Paste/Into Selection
Deselect
