You will need
JASC's PSP7 - Get it here
Book Shelf Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder.  If you do not have a Selections Folder, make one now.
Book Shelf Access.  Unzip to a folder of your choice. 

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 400x400 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the hh.woodfill1 pattern that you unzipped to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground to pattern and select the hhwoodfill1 pattern with these settings:

Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Frame"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhframe.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Frame preset
Deselect

Step 2
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Back1"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhback1.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Colours/Adjust/Brightness/Contrast and apply these settings:

Deselect
Move this layer below the Frame layer

Step 3
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Back 1a"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhback1a.sel"
Floodfill
Deselect
Hide Layer 1 and the Frame layer and merge the 2 remaining layers.  Rename Back 1

Step 4
Make sure the Back 1 layer is highlighted
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Back 2"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhback2.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Colours/Adjust/Brightness/Contrast and apply the same settings as in Step 2
Deselect

Step 5
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Back 2a"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhback2a.sel"
Floodfill
Deselect
Hide Layer 1, the Frame layer and the Back1 Layer and merge the 2 remaining layers.   Rename Back 2

Step 6
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Back"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhback.sel"
Floodfill
Deselect

Step 7
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Shelves 1"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhshelves1.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Bead preset
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:



Deselect

Step 8
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Shelves 2"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhshelves2.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Bead preset
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply the same settings as in Step 7
Deselect

Step 9
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Door Left"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdoorleft.sel"
Floodfill
Deselect
On the same layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdoorleft1"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Frame preset
Deselect
On the same layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdoorleft2"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Frame preset
Deselect

Step 10
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Door Right"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdoorright.sel"
Floodfill
Deselect
On the same layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdoorright1"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Frame preset
Deselect
On the same layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdoorright2"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Frame preset
Deselect

Step 11
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Knobs"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhleftknob.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect
On the same layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhright knob.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as above
Deselect

Step 12
Make sure the Frame layer is highlighted
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Bottom Strip"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhbottomstrip.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Bead preset
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 13
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Top Strip"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhtopstrip.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Bead preset
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply the same settings as in Step 12
changing the Vertical to 1

Step 14
Open the decor.psp that you unzipped to a folder of your choice
Go to Edit/Copy and paste as a new layer onto the left door above the knob. 
Paste the decor.psp as a new selection and place underneath the knob.
Paste the decor.psp as a new layer. 
Go to Image/Mirror and place next to the the first decor image.
Go to Edit/Copy/Edit/Paste/As new selection and place beneath the knob

Step 15
Repeat Step 14 for the Right Door

Step 16
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
