Step 8
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Eyes"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hheyes.sel"
Floodfill with #000000
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Round preset
Deselect
Step 9
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Nose"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhnose.sel"
Floodfill with #000000
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Round preset
Deselect
Step 10 Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Mouth"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhmouth.sel"
Floodfill with #000000
Deselect
Step 11
Change your foreground colour to #FFC0C0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Cheeks"
Select your air brush tool with these settings:
Spray on your cheeks
Go to Effects/Blur/Gaussian Blur and apply these settings:

Change your foreground colour to #FF0000
Go to your Layer Palette and highlight Layer 1
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Ribbon"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhribbon.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:
Deselect
Step 13
Go to your Layer Palette and highlight the top layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Decor"
Decorate the ribbon. I have included the tubes that I have used
f you want to add some additional decorations do these on seperate layers so you
can move things around!
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer "Frame"
Step 14
Open the image you wish to use in the frame
Go to Edit/Copy
Make sure your Frame image is the current image
Go to Edit/Paste/As New Layer
Rename this layer "Picture"
Move this layer under the frame layer
Position the picture. You may need to resize your picture
Select your Magic Wand with a tolerance of 50
Make sure your Frame Layer is the current image and click anywhere outside the
frame
Hit the delete key once
To delete the excess picture around the bear's head use your selection tool set
at rectange and hit delete
Deselect
Step 15
When everything is how you want it to be go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.
Save as a tube or psp image for later use.
