JASC's PSP7 - Get it here
Eye Candy 4 - Get your trial version here
Bear Heart Frame Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder.  If you do not have a Selections Folder, make one now.
Bear Heart Frame Accessories.  Unzip to a folder of your choice.  Place the Ivy and Pansey tubes in your Tubes Folder

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 400x400 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the silverfill pattern that you unzipped to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground to pattern and select the silverfill pattern Scale 100 Angle 0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Heart1"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhheart1.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the Frame preset
Deselect
Select the Magic Wand with a Tolerance of 50 Feather 0 and select the first outer
edge of the heart

Go to Selections/Modify/Expand by 3
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Fill1"
Floodfill with your silverfill pattern
Change your foreground colour to #FF0000
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Fill2"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/Texture Effects/Mosaic Antique and apply these settings:

Deselect
Go to your Layer Palette and Hide Layer 1 and Heart1
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Move this layer underneath the Heart1 layer
Go to Layers/Merge Visible and rename this layer "Heart"

Step 2
Change your foreground to the "Silver Fill" pattern
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Heart2"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhheart2.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 3
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Heart3"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhheart3.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 2
Deselect
Go to your Layer Palette and move the Heart 3 Layer below the Heart 2 Layer
Hide Layer 1 and go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer "Heart"

Step 4
Change your foreground colour to #000000
Change your background colour to #89560D
Go to your Layer Palette and highlight Layer 1
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Face"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhface.sel"
Floodfill with #000000
Go to Selections/Modify/Contract by 2
Floodfill with #89560D
Deselect
Select your Eye Candy Fur and apply these settings:

Select your Eye Candy Jiggle and apply these settings:

Step5
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Ears"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhears.sel"
Floodfill with #000000
Go to Selections/Modify/Contract by 2
Floodfill with #89560D
Deselect
Apply Eye Candy Fur and Jiggle effects using the same settings as in Step 4

Step 6
Go to your Layer Palette and highlight the Heart layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Paws"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhpaws.sel"
Floodfill with #000000
Go to Selections/Modify/Contract by 2
Floodfill with #89560D
Deselect
Apply Eye Candy Fur and Jiggle effects using the same settings as in Step 4

Step 7
Change your background colour to #C5801D
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Inner Ears"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhinnerears.sel"
Floodfill with #000000
Go to Selections/Modify/Contract by 2
Floodfill with #C5801D
Deselect
Apply Eye Candy Fur and Jiggle effects using the same settings as in Step 4
