You will need
JASC's PSP7 - Get it here Ballerina Selections. Unzip the
file and place in your PSP Selections Folder. If you do
not have a Selections Folder, make one now. Ballerina Accessories. Unzip to a
folder of your choice. The Rope tube is provided
with Paint Shop Pro but incase you don't have it I have included this in the Belle
Accessories Zip. Unzip the tube into your Paint Shop Pro Tube folder
To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the
screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just
made a reference to it!
Remember to save your work often!!!
Step 1
Open a New Image 400x400 16 Million Colours Transparent
Set your foreground colour to #F9D392
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Left Leg"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhlegleft.sel"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:
Reapply the Cut Out but change the Vertical and Horzontal
to -1
Deselect
Step 2
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Right Leg"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhlegright.sel"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Repeat Step 1 Cut Out instructions remembering to
apply the Cut Out twice changing
the Vertical and Horizontal to -1 for the second Cut Out
Deselect
Step 3
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Body"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhbody.sel"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Repeat Step 1 Cut Out instructions remembering to
apply the Cut Out twice changing
the Vertical and Horizontal to -1 for the second Cut Out
Deselect
Step 4
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Head"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhhead.sel"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Repeat Step 1 Cut Out instructions remembering to
apply the Cut Out twice changing
the Vertical and Horizontal to -1 for the second Cut Out
Deselect
Step 5
Open the petticoatfill pattern that you unzipped to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground to pattern and select the petticoat pattern with these settings:
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it
"Petticoat"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhpetticoat.sel"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:
Do not reapply cut out
Deselect
Step 6
Open the beltfill pattern that you unzipped to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground to pattern and select the belt pattern with these settings:
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Belt"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhbelt.sel"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 5.
Do not reapply cut out.
Deselect
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:

Step 7
Open the skirtfill pattern that you unzipped to a folder of your choice
Set your foreground to pattern and select the skirtfill pattern with these settings:
On your Layer Palette highlight the Petticoat layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Skirt"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhskirt.sel"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 5.
Reapply the cut out change the Vertical and Horizontal to 3
Selections/Invert
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:
Deselect
Step 8
Change you foreground colour to #000000
On your Layer Palette highlight the Petticoat layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Bodice"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhbodice.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:
