You will need
JASC's PSP7 and 8- Get it here
Ameriquilt Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder.  If you do not have a Selections Folder, make one now. Use for PSP7
ameriquilt.pspimage file Use for PSP8

PLEASE NOTE where instructions differ for PSP8, these will be shown in blue
otherwise follow the regular instructions

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 400x400 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the ameriquilt.pspimage file. Shift D to duplicate and then close the original
Set your foreground colour to #2E305E
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Blue"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh01blue.sel"
Click on the Blue Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh01blue

Floodfill
Go to Effects/Noise and add 10% uniform
Deselect

Step 2
Set your foreground colour to #E9E1E1
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "White"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh02white.sel"
Click on the White Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh02white

Floodfill
Go to Effects/Noise and add 10% uniform
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 3
Set your foreground colour to #831717
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Red"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh03red.sel"
Click on the Red Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh03red

Floodfill
Go to Effects/Noise and add 10% uniform
Go to 3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 2
Deselect

Step 4

Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Hearts"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh04hearts.sel"
Click on the Hearts Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh04hearts

Floodfill
Go to Effects/Noise and add 10% uniform
Go to 3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 2
Deselect

Step 5
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Alpha"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh05alpha1.sel"
Click on the Alpha Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh05alpha1

Floodfill
Deselect
Set your foreground colour to #E9E191
On the same layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh06alpha2.sel"
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh06alpha2
Go to Effects/Noise and add 10% uniform
Deselect
Go to 3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 2

Step 6
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Go to Effects/Geometric Wave and apply the following settings:


Save as a tube or psp image for later use
