You will need
JASC's PSP7 - Get it here
Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder.  If you do not have a Selections Folder, make one now. Use for PSP7
flowerbox.pspimage file Use for PSP8
Accessories.  Unzip and place in a folder of your choice

PLEASE NOTE where instructions differ for PSP8, these will be shown in blue
otherwise follow the regular instructions

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 400x400 16 Million Colours Transparent
Open the flowerboxalpha.pspimage file. Shift D to duplicate and then close the original
Set your foreground colour to #2E305E
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Back"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh01back.sel"
Click on the Back Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh01back

Floodfill
Go to Effects/Noise and add 10% uniform
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 2
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Top "
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh02top.sel"
Click on the Top Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh02top

Floodfill
Go to Effects/Noise and add 10% uniform
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same
settings as in Step 1
Deselect

Step 3
Set your foreground to pattern and select the "stripe" pattern that you
downloaded to a folder of your choice scale 50 angle 0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Top1 "
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh03top1.sel"
Click on the Top 1 Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh03top1

Floodfill
Go to Effects/Noise and add 10% uniform
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the
same settings as  in Step 1
Deselect

Step 4
Set your foreground colour to #2E305E
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Side Left"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh04sideleft.sel"
Click on the Side Left Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh04sideleft

Floodfill
Go to Effects/Noise and add 10% uniform
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the
same settings as  in Step 1
Deselect
Go to your Layer Palette and move this layer down until it is above
the "Back Layer" (not neccessary for PSP8)

Step 5
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Side Right"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh05sideright.sel"
Click on the Side Right Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh05sideright

Floodfill
Go to Effects/Noise and add 10% uniform
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the
same settings as  in Step 1
Deselect

Step 6
Set your foreground colour to #831717
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Front"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh06redstripes.sel"
Click on the Front Layer
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh06redstripes

Floodfill
Deselect
Set your foreground colour to #E9E1E1
On the same layer
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh07whitestripes.sel"
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh07whitestripes
Floodfill
Deselect
Set your foreground colour to #2E305E
On the same layer
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh08blue.sel"
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh08blue
Floodfill
Deselect
Set your foreground colour to #E9E1E1
On the same layer
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hh09stars.sel"
Go to Selections/Load Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Use the drop down arrow and select hh09stars
Floodfill
Deselect
Go to Effects/Noise and add 10% uniform
Go to Selections/Select All/Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/inner Bevel and apply the same settings as  in Step 1
Deselect

Step 7
Go to your Layer Palette and highlight the "Top 1" Layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Flowers"
Select a tube of your choice and fill the box.  If any of the flowers go outside
of the box use your eraser to get rid of them

 

When everything is how you want it to be go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.
Save as a tube or psp image for later use.
