Step 9

Change your foreground to the weavefill pattern and change  the size to 56
Select your Magic Wand tool and click inside the basketside
Go to Selections/Modify/Expand by 2 pixels
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Side Basket Fill"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:

Reapply the Cut Out  changing the Vertical and Horizontal to -1 for the second Cut Out
Deselect
Move the Side Basket Fill Layer beneath the Side Basket  Layer
On your Layer Pallette hide Layer 1, the Balloon Layer, and the Front Basket Layer
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer Side Basket

Step 10
On your Layer Palette highlight the Side Basket Layer and right click on your mouse to duplicate the layer.  Rename this layer Side Basket 1.  Move this layer down to underneath the Front Basket Layer.   With your Mover Tool move the Side Basket 1 to the left side of the Front Basket

Step 11
On your Layer Palette highlight the  Basket Front Layer and right click on your mouse to duplicate the layer.  Rename this layer Basket Back.  Move this layer down to underneath the Front Basket Layer.   With your Mover Tool move the Back Basket behind the 2 Side Baskets.  Position the layers so that they form a basket!

Step 12
Change your foreground colour to #C0FFC0
On your Layer Palette hightlight the Basket Back Layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Ropes"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhropes.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 13
Go to your Layer Palette and move the Balloon Layer to the top
Go to your Layer Palette and highlight the Ropes Layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it People.  Add a new layer for each person
I have enclosed a couple of people tubes for you to add in or you can choose your own
You may need to move your People Layers up or down depending on where you want your people placed!
When you are satisfied with everything go to your Layer Palette and hide Layer 1
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer Balloon

Step 14
Go to Image/Resize and apply these settings making sure the Resize All Layers box is UNCHECKED

Go to Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen
Move the image to the top of the page

Step 15
Open the Hook image that you downloaded to a folder of your choice
Go to Edit/Copy
Click on the Balloon Image and Paste as new Layer.  Rename "Hook"
Place the Hook at the bottom of the Basket
Go to your Layer Pallette and move the Hook Layer under the Balloon Layer

Step 16
Open the Ring image that you downloaded to a folder of your choice
Go to Edit/Copy
Click on the Balloon Image and Paste as new Layer.  Rename "Ring"
Place the Ring ontop of the Hook
Go to your Layer Pallette and move the Hook Layer under the Hook Layer
Go to View/Zoom In by 1.  You may have to zoom in more than once.
Select your Eraser Tool size 1 and erase the right side of the ring. 

Step 17
Change your foreground colour to #000000 and your background to a colour of your choice
On your Layer Pallette highlight your Balloon Layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Text"
Select your Text Tool and apply these settings in your Tool Options:

Select the Plump MT font size 28 that you unzipped to your
fonts folder. 

Type the first letter of the name you wish to use
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 12
Go to Image/Rotate and apply these settings:


Deselect
Position the letter so that the top is touching the bottom of the Ring

Step 18
Open the Double Ring image that you downloaded to a folder of your choice
Go to Edit/Copy
Click on the Balloon Image and Paste as new Layer.  Rename "Double Ring"
Position the Double Ring at the bottom of the letter

Step 19
Repeat Steps 17 and 18 until you have all the letters for your name.  You will need to rotate each letter either 20 left or 20 right depending on which way you want the name to fly!
Make sure each letter and each double ring is on a seperate layer so that you can position accordingly
