You will need
JASC's PSP7 - Get it here
Air Balloon Selections.  Unzip the file and place in your PSP Selections Folder.  If you do
not have a Selections Folder, make one now.
Air Balloon Accessories.  Unzip Plump MT to your Font Folder. Place the Daisy and Chrissy tubes into your PSP7 Tubes Folder and the remaining accessories in a folder of your choice. 

To keep the loading time down, I have tried to keep the screen captures to a minimum so when the same effect is used more than once, I have just made a reference to it!

Remember to save your work often!!!

Step 1
Open a New Image 400x700 16 Million Colours Transparent
Set your foreground colour to #FFFFC0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Balloon"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhballoon.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect

Step 2
Change your foreground colour to #9A9CFE
Select your Magic Wand Tool with these settings:

Select all 3 top sections by  holding down the shif key and clicking on each section
Go to Selections/Modify/Expand by 2 pixels
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Top Sections"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply these settings:

Reapply the Cut Out  changing the Vertical and Horizontal to -1 for the second Cut Out
Deselect
Move the Top Sections Layer beneath the Balloon Layer

Step 3
Change your foreground colour to #F785FB
On your Layer Palette highlight the Balloon Layer
Select the left and right sections of the balloon using the same method as in Step 2
Go to Selections/Modify/Expand by 2 pixels
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Side Sections"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 2
Reapply the Cut Out  changing the Vertical and Horizontal to -1 for the second Cut Out
Deselect
Move the Side Sections Layer beneath the Balloon Layer

Step 4
Change your foreground colour to #C805CF
On your Layer Palette highlight the Balloon Layer
Select the middle section of the balloon
Go to Selections/Modify/Expand by 2 pixels
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Middle Section"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 2
Reapply the Cut Out  changing the Vertical and Horizontal to -1 for the second Cut Out
Deselect
Move the Middle Section Layer beneath the Balloon Layer

Step 5
Change your foreground colour to #FFC0FF
On your Layer Palette highlight the Balloon Layer
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Details"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdetails1.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect
Change your foreground colour to #9A9CFE
On the same layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdetails2.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 5
Deselect
Change your foreground colour to #FFFFC0
On the same layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdetails3.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 5
Deselect
Change your foreground colour to #C0FFC0
On the same layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdetails4.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 5
Deselect
Change your foreground colour to #9A9CFE
On the same layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdetails5.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 5
Deselect
On the same layer go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhdetails6.sel"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 5
Deselect
On your Layer Pallette hide Layer 1
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this layer Balloon

Step 6
Change your foreground colour to #FFFFC0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Outer Basket"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhbasketouter"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 1  
Deselect

Step 7
Open the weavefill image that you downloaded to a folder of your choice
Change your foreground to pattern and apply these settings:

Select your Magic Wand tool and click inside the outerbasket
Go to Selections/Modify/Expand by 2 pixels
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Outer Basket fill"
Floodfill
Selections/Float
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut Out and apply the same settings as in Step 2
Reapply the Cut Out  changing the Vertical and Horizontal to -1 for the second Cut Out
Deselect
Move the Outer Basket Fill Layer beneath the Outer Basket  Layer
On your Layer Pallette hide Layer 1 and the Balloon Layer
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and rename this Layer Front Basket

Step 8
Change your foreground colour to #FFFFC0
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and name it "Side Basket"
Go to Selections/Load from Disc and choose "hhbasketside"
Floodfill
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the same settings as in Step 1  
Deselect
